This notice explains how SavorWest Journeys collects, uses, stores, and shares details submitted through its Sichuan itinerary and quotation form.
Who we are
SavorWest Journeys is operated by Chengdu Zipu Culture Communication Co., Ltd., based in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, People's Republic of China. You can contact us at savorwestjourneys@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, city, planned trip length, optional travel dates, optional party size, selected interests, and notes. We also record campaign parameters, the referring page, and the landing-page URL when these are available so we can understand which profile link brought you to the site. Do not send passport, identity, payment-card, visa, or medical information through this form.
Why we use it
We use the information to review your request, clarify your preferences, coordinate an itinerary and quotation, communicate with you, prevent spam, understand basic campaign attribution, and manage follow-up.
Sharing with a travel agency
When necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare an itinerary and quotation, or arrange requested travel services, SavorWest may share relevant inquiry details with a selected licensed travel agency in China. If you later proceed, the agency may also use the information to prepare its contract, arrange reservations, collect payment, and deliver the agreed services under its own privacy terms.
Where it is stored
Request records are stored in Cloudflare D1, the database connected to this website. We use Web3Forms to send each inquiry notification to savorwestjourneys@gmail.com. Cloudflare processes basic request, security and privacy-focused website analytics data needed to host, protect and understand use of the site. The selected travel agency receives only the inquiry information shared for planning, quotation, booking, or service delivery.
How long we keep it
The inquiry service checks for website records older than 12 months whenever it handles a new submission and deletes expired records then. A travel agency may keep information for a different period under its own privacy notice, contract, and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the request record held by SavorWest by emailing savorwestjourneys@gmail.com. Include the email address connected with your request so we can find the record. Requests concerning records held by a travel agency may need to be sent to that agency.
International processing
Because this website and its service providers operate online, your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. We use it only for the purposes described in this notice.
Service scope
SavorWest coordinates the inquiry. A selected licensed travel agency prepares the detailed quotation and is responsible for any later booking contract, travel payments, reservations, and confirmed travel services. Read the Service Scope for details.
