These terms apply when you use the SavorWest Journeys website or submit a request for a coordinated Sichuan itinerary and quotation.
Website operator
SavorWest Journeys is operated by Chengdu Zipu Culture Communication Co., Ltd., based in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, People's Republic of China. Contact us at savorwestjourneys@gmail.com.
Inquiry coordination
SavorWest receives travel preferences and coordinates with a selected licensed travel agency in China. SavorWest does not itself issue the final travel quotation, confirm reservations, or collect the travel payment through this website.
Travel agency proposal
The selected travel agency prepares the itinerary, quotation, service inclusions, and booking terms. Prices and availability may change until that agency confirms them in writing.
Booking, deposit, and final balance
If you proceed, your booking and travel-service contract are made with the licensed travel agency. The agency will state the deposit, final-balance deadline, payment method, cancellation policy, and refund terms. Payments must follow the agency's verified instructions.
Commercial relationship
SavorWest may receive compensation from the selected travel agency for marketing and coordination services. This does not change the travel agency's responsibility for its quotation, booking contract, payment collection, reservations, or confirmed services.
Information changes
Entry rules, attraction opening hours, transport schedules, prices, weather, road conditions, and other travel information can change. Check official sources and the travel agency's latest written proposal before making a decision.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or use automated methods to overload the inquiry service.
Personal information
Our handling and sharing of inquiry information is described in the Privacy Notice. Do not submit passport, identity, payment-card, visa, or medical information through the form.
