Service Scope
SavorWest Journeys collects travel preferences and coordinates personalized Sichuan itinerary and quotation requests with selected licensed travel agencies in China.
What SavorWest does
SavorWest publishes China travel guidance, receives trip inquiries, clarifies traveler preferences, and coordinates communication around a proposed itinerary and quotation. Our current destination focus is Sichuan.
Who prepares and delivers the trip
A selected licensed travel agency in China prepares the detailed itinerary and quotation. If a traveler proceeds, that travel agency is responsible for the booking contract, collection of travel payments, reservations, and delivery of the agreed travel services.
Services that may be included
Depending on the approved proposal, services may include hotels, vehicles and drivers, guides, selected meals, airport transfers, attraction tickets, and other items listed in the travel agency's quotation.
Quotation and availability
Pricing depends on travel dates, party size, availability, service level, and requested experiences. No fixed response time is currently promised. The travel agency confirms the final inclusions, exclusions, validity period, and availability in its proposal.
Booking and payment
If a traveler accepts the proposal, the licensed travel agency provides its booking terms and payment instructions. The traveler pays the deposit and final balance directly to that travel agency according to the deadlines stated in its contract or quotation.
How our coordination is funded
SavorWest may receive compensation from the selected travel agency for marketing and coordination services. Your travel payments are made directly to that travel agency, which remains responsible for its quotation, contract, reservations, and confirmed services.
Before confirming
Before paying, review the travel agency's identity, licence information, contract, itinerary, price, included and excluded services, change and cancellation terms, refund rules, and payment instructions.
